Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. She is best known for her part as Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC show Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in an Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during the Preparatory stage before moving with her family to Ohio. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre at Northwestern University. Anna worked in Chicago's theatre for a number of years before trying out for film and TV role. Anna's first major part was Arden as she appeared in Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes. After guest appearances as a Star in several TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue in the 90's and was later given the role of Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock, a character which she played for two years on Deadwood's season two. Skyler was the character she played on Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her roles. Gunn appeared on stage in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. in 2022 Gunn also was a part of a four-part audio-play show known as "Numbered Days". The drama of Breaking Bad is determined by the love story between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The decline of their relationship is in line with Walter White's last years.
